This detached, cosy and beautiful restored house (160 m2), lies in a splendid area close to Royan, between the grapevines of Bordelais and the Cognac, where you can spend wonderful days. It is a pleasant furnished house and equipped with all the necessities. There is much to do in the area. Walks to the sea (about a ½ house) and to the hinterland for example. In a very beautiful landscape in the South of France, not far away from the coast (beach, La Rochelle, La Palmyre), between the wine regions of Bordeaux en Royan (Atlantic Coast), this charming house recently renovated (80m2) is situated on a large premises of 40 acres. You will discover plenty of wonderful cities (Royan, Bordeaux, Angouleme, Rochefort) and lovely castels, rich and wild nature (lakes, hills), and taste the delicious gastronomy. Recommended! Holiday house Hinterseer, in a rustic style, you will find it just outside Lofer, sunny and very peaceful situated on the lakeside. The 1st floor of the house partly available at your disposal (50m2). In the summer the house is the ideal starting point for biketours, walks or other leisure activities. Directly infront of the house, you will find the cross country ski track and the ski bus terminus, which will take you to the ski area of Lofer (640-1700m;46 km tracks) and cross country skiiing is possible 50m from the cottage. Here you can ski excellently, snow board, tobaggan (lighted nature tobaggan lane close to the house) and hikes. In the evening the towncentre is very cosy, because of the many guesthouses and pubs. You'll never forget this outstanding holiday! It is also possible to make a reservation for 5 persons, without extra costs.
