A cosy and comfortable holiday house close to a fen, 950m2 private wood terrain (with several houses) in a beautiful hiking and cycling surrounding. Centrally situated, between Roden and Norg, lovely towns within cycling distance, 20 minutes by car from the town of Groningen. Wonderful! Just outside this pleasant suburb of Bourtange and close to the German border, this lovely detached house. In the immediate surroundings there are plenty of cycle routes through the natural scenery. This house is on the same grounds as ASS-9500-03 (with inside swimming pool), and they can be rented together.
